Submission Requirements for the 2011 World Film Festival of Bangkok

เทศกาลภาพยนตร์โลกแห่งกรุงเทพ ประจำปี พ.ศ.๒๕๕๔​ เปิดรับผลงานแล้ว สมัครภายในวันที่ ๑๕​ กันยายน นี้ ไม่เสียค่าสมัคร และหนังจะต้องไม่เคยส่งฉายในเทศกาลไหนมาก่อน รวมถึงการออกฉายแบบอื่นๆ ด้วย กติกาอื่นๆ อ่านได้ด้านล่าง

Eligibility for Selection:

Films must not have been screened at any festival and must not have had any commercial theatrical or television play within Thailand before WFF 2011.
Films must have been completed after December 31, 2009.
Independent feature and short films in all genres are accepted.
Running Time:
Short Film: less than 60 minutes
Feature (narrative): no less than 60 minutes
Documentary, Animation and Experimental: no limitations.
Films in a language other than English must be subtitled in English.
The World Film Festival of Bangkok is non-competitive.
Accepted Screening Formats:
35mm, Beta SP (PAL), Digital Beta (PAL), Mini DV (PAL), DV Cam (PAL), DVD (HI-Resolution)
** Presentation of other formats and video systems requires the authorization of the Festival.

Submission Process:
Step 1: Complete online submission form
Step 2: Send previewed DVD of submitted film for pre-selection by registered mail or via an express courier service. See address below.

Submission Materials:
Necessary

Completed online submission form.
DVD of complete film or of works-in-progress with English subtitles.
Optional

Film treatments/synopsis (50-75 words)
High resolution stills, photo and bio of director (s) on CD.
Film trailer on DVD.

You may submit as many films as you like but must complete an online submission form for each film.
DVD preview screener will not be returned and it may be used for festival promotion.
The screener and publicity materials must be sent to the festival office with statement: "without commercial value, for cultural purposes only.
Selected Films:
If your film is selected, the Festival will contact you via e-mail and phone by mid September, 2011.
